Punya Mishra, PhD is a Professor at the Mary Lou Fulton College of Teaching & Learning Innovation at Arizona State University, Nonresident Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution’s Center for Universal Education, and AI Innovation Fellow at ASU’s Learning Engineering Institute. He recently received a Fulbright-Nehru Fellowship to conduct research in India. Internationally recognized for his work in educational technology, creativity, and the application of design to educational innovation, he is a TED-Ed educator and AERA Fellow. Ranked in the top 2% of scientists worldwide and #44 (top 5 in psychology) among scholars with the biggest influence on practice and policy, he is a podcaster, award-winning instructor, engaging public speaker, and accomplished visual artist.
