5Rights Foundation published “The Children and AI Design Code,” a new protocol for the design, development and deployment of AI systems that impact children. “The Code” includes findings on the risks AI systems can present for children’s well-being, as well as a thorough process for AI developers to follow when developing and managing their products to ensure children’s rights and needs are being met.
