Siobhann Bellinger

Siobhann began in the arts, diverted to the world of the tech start up and found a home for many years in “ed tech,” building data-driven technology solutions for nonprofits serving parents, educators, and policymakers. A San Francisco native, she received early training in earthquake preparedness, which shaped her interest in community resilience. After Hurricane Katrina, she began volunteering in emergency response, which led her to fulfilling work in emergency management. She collaborated with local, state, and federal agencies, and led trainings for nonprofits and faith-based organizations on response and recovery best practices. Her interests bridge supportive technology tools, effective operations, and mission-driven impact. Siobhann is passionate about the mission of Children and Screens and brings thoughtful, reliable operational support to advance its work.
