Haley Fletcher Bethune, MA, ACC

Haley Fletcher Bethune is a strategist, facilitator, and executive coach who specializes in helping diverse groups make sense of complexity and move toward clarity, alignment, and action. As co-founder of the Leadership Cooperative, she partners with foundations, researchers, and education and nonprofit leaders to design and facilitate conversations that bridge perspectives and support systems-level change.

With more than 15 years of experience in education and global nonprofit leadership, Haley brings a grounded, human-centered approach to conversations that sit at the intersection of research, practice, and lived experience. She is particularly skilled at creating structured yet adaptive spaces where participants can surface core tensions, engage across difference, and translate insight into meaningful action.

Haley has worked in over 20 countries and designed leadership and learning experiences for more than 30 organizations. Her facilitation spans multi-stakeholder convenings, strategy processes, and interactive workshops—often focused on how environments and systems shape development, belonging, and growth.

She began her career as a classroom teacher and later held senior leadership roles at SeriousFun Children’s Network, supporting programs and learning across a global network of camps serving youth with serious illnesses.

An ICF-certified coach and Workshopper Master, Haley is known for her warmth, clarity, and ability to guide groups through complex questions with intention and care. She lives in Boise, Idaho with her family.
