Morgan Brown, MA, MS
Morgan T. Brown is Director of Research and Evaluation at the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, where she leads research and evaluation efforts that strengthen the evidence behind programs serving young people across the national Club network. Her work focuses on helping organizations better understand youth outcomes and translating research and data into insights that support stronger programs and long-term opportunities for young people.
Morgan brings a multidisciplinary background spanning psychology, youth development, and data analytics. Earlier in her career, her research explored the intersection of digital technology and youth development, with a particular focus on how parents support children’s learning, communication, and social development through digital tools. This work examined how families navigate digital environments and how technology can shape developmental experiences for young people.
Morgan has experience in both quantitative and qualitative research, including survey design, mixed-methods studies, and data analysis. At BGCA, she also plays a key role in strengthening organizational data capacity, helping teams use evidence and measurement to inform program models and continuous improvement.
She holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology and a Master of Science in Marketing. Across her work, Morgan is driven by a commitment to ensuring research and data ultimately serve a clear purpose: strengthening systems that support young people and expanding opportunities for the next generation.
