Paul Weigle, MD

Paul Weigle, M.D. is Associate Medical Director at Natchaug Hospital and Associate Professor of Psychiatry at University of Connecticut School of Medicine. For over 20 years he has studied, taught, and written regarding the effects of screen media habits on the mental health of youth. Dr Weigle has proudly served on the Children & Screens National Scientific Advisory Board since 2018. He is a Distinguished Fellow of the American Academy of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, having served 20 years on the Media Committee, including 8 years as chair, as well as AACAP’s Public Resources committee.
