Canada’s Safer Online Spaces Coalition launched Six Clicks, a national public awareness campaign examining how quickly young people can encounter harmful content and interaction online. Through five short films, Six Clicks follows young people as ordinary online activities lead them toward violent content, hate, body-image pressures, self-harm content, or unwanted contact from strangers.
The campaign also draws attention to questions of platform design responsibility and online safety in the context of ongoing Canadian policy discussions.
